By using the bot or creating a profile, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree with the rules, do not use the service.
1. Age restriction
Magic Date UA is available only to users aged 18 and older. If moderation has reason to believe that a user is under 18 or has misrepresented their age, the profile may be hidden or blocked.
2. Profile
Users are solely responsible for the information they publish in their profile: name or nickname, age, gender, city, photo, description, interests, and other data. Information must be truthful and must not violate the rights of others.
Your photo must be your own, current, and such that it is clear the profile belongs to a real person.
3. Prohibited
- creating a profile if you are under 18;
- impersonating another person or creating fake profiles;
- engaging in scams, extorting money, fraud, or manipulation;
- offering prostitution, intimate services, sexual exploitation, or coercion;
- publishing threats, insults, discriminatory statements, or illegal content;
- spamming, mass-sending identical messages, or advertising third-party services without permission;
- collecting other people's personal data without consent;
- publishing other people's photos, private material, or correspondence without permission;
- circumventing service restrictions or creating repeat accounts after being blocked.
4. Moderation and complaints
Magic Date UA may moderate profiles, photos, descriptions, messages to support, complaints, and other activity on the service. The service may hide, restrict, or delete profiles, and block users, if this is needed for safety or compliance with the rules.
5. Blocking without a refund
The service may block a user without a refund if they violate the rules, including using fakes, scams, an underage profile, prostitution, spam, threats, insults, or illegal content.
6. Paid features
Premium and Boost are digital services and access to service features, not a physical product. They do not guarantee a match, a reply, a meeting, a relationship, or any other specific outcome.
7. Dating safety
Magic Date UA is not a party to personal communication or meetings between users. Users make their own decisions about communicating, exchanging contacts, or meeting, and should act with caution.
8. Deleting a profile and data
